Mr. David Bellucci, age 60 of Frederick passed away on Friday, May 31, 2013 at the University of Maryland Medical Center. He was the husband for 33 years of Kay H. Bellucci. Born on February 13,1953 in New Haven Connecticut to Edward and Bernice Bellucci Mr. Bellucci started his apprenticeship in Allentown PA in 1976 as a brick mason. He moved to the Washington DC area in 1978 and continued to work as a brick mason. In 1996 he was promoted to instructor at Job Corps in Harpers Ferry, and in 1998 the International Masonry Institute (IMI). By the time of his retirement in 2012 he had been promoted to national training coordinator for Job Corps programs. He was the proud member of the BAC local 1 Maryland Virginia DC union. He enjoyed golfing, traveling and spending time with his family raising 2 wonderful boys David and John Bellucci. Mr. Bellucci is survived by his wife Kay Bellucci, Son David Bellucci and wife Laura, Son John Bellucci and wife Lisa and granddaughter Eleanor Jay Bellucci, brother Edward Bellucci and wife Gail, sister Carol Bellucci and sister June Johnston and husband Lloyd and nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Edward Michael Bellucci and Bernice Carlson Bellucci. Friends will be received on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church St., Frederick where services will be held in the Etchison Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at 2 PM. Father Lawrence K. Frazier will officiate. The interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Frederick.
