Frank Worth Elliott, Iii

August 18, 1952 — June 28, 2013

Mr. Frank Worth Elliott, III, 60, of Walkersville, passed away suddenly on June 28, 2013. He was the husband of 34 years to Donna Schoen Elliott. Born on August 18, 1952, he was the son of Evaughn Close Elliott and the late Frank Worth Elliott, Jr. Frank was employed by Bechtel Corporation for over 36 years. During that time, he worked in many countries and all over the United States. Due to his open and charitable nature, his advice was widely sought by everyone from coworkers he had met on his very first project, to new employees just beginning their own careers. Frank's interests were numerous, including scuba diving, rock climbing, hiking, running and reading, but this love of adventure and thirst for knowledge were exceeded only by his devotion to his friends and family. They never doubted that. In addition to his wife and mother, Frank is survived by sons Frank Elliott and wife Sarah of Herndon, VA and Bridger Elliott of Gladstone, Australia as well as brother Jeff Elliott and wife Karen, brother-in-law Harold Schoen and wife Susan, sister-in-law Kathy Evanick and husband Lenny, sister-in- law Debby, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 7, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Keeney and Basford PA Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick.
