Mr. Robert Altie "Bob" Fouche, 69, of Frederick, died on Day month date year, at his home. He was the loving husband of 39 years to Phyllis Shelton Fouche. She was his care giver for 12 years. Born in Frederick on December 26, 1943, he was a son of the late Ralph W. and Naomi Baker Fouche. Bob was retired from the Frederick County Public Schools, as a lead custodian at the Linganore High school. he was a member of the Grace Reformed United Church of Christ in Mt. Pleasant and he loved to walk. He was an avid New York Yankee fan and was know as a quit pleasant friend to all. His family would like to extend a warm heartfelt thank you to the Alzheimer's Association and Hospice. Surviving in addition to his wife is one son, Robert A. Fouche, Jr., and his wife Stephanie, of Adamstown, his grandchildren, Noah J. and Logan A. Fouche, will be remembered by their grandfather, Bobbie, three brothers, Ronnie L. Fouche and wife Roxanne, of Eldersburg, Calvin D. Fouche and wife Audrey, of Mt. Pleasant and Jerry L. Fouche and wife Jill, of Walkersville, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Eugene Fouche, James Fouche and Charles Fouche. Friends will be received on Monday, July 29, 2013 from 5 to 8 PM at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church St., Frederick where services will be held in the Etchison Memorial Chapel of the funeral home on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at 2 PM. Rev. Timothy S. May will officiate. The interment will follow at the Glade Cemetery in Walkersville.
