Charles Lund Fullerton, 72, of Frederick, died on Monday ,September 30, 2013. He was the husband of Janet Fullerton. Born on December 15, 1940 in Yerrington, Nevada he was the son of David Humphrey Fullerton and Marguerite Lund Fullerton. Chuck and Janet lived in Odenton, MD after his retirement from the Air Force in 1980 and the National Security Agency in 2001. They have lived in Frederick, MD since 2009. Chuck is survived by his wife Janet (nee Manwaring) of Pulaski, NY, his daughters Lynette and Elaine as well as spouses David Mozurkewich and Mark Gleaton and two grandchildren, Alexa and Aaron Gleaton, and his beloved cat Betsy. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 5 at 4:00 PM at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Frederick, 4880 Elmer Derr Road, Frederick. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the church or to the American Diabetes Association, 1701 North Beauregard Street, Alexandria, Virginia 22311.
