Lewis Paul Wade

Mr. Lewis Paul Wade, age 72 of Frederick, passed away on Monday, December 9, 2013 at Northampton Manor, Frederick. Born on September 20, 1941 in Washington, Pennsylvania he was the son of Lewis Thomas Wade and the late Laura Ann Wade. Mr. wade had a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. With concentration on Management and Accounting. Paul was the owner/operator of the seven-eleven store on Rosemont Ave, Frederick while working for the Federal Government. Mr. Wade retired after 33 years serving the federal government working at National Institute of Health in Bethesda. In retirement he worked for Clagett Enterprises up until 5 years ago. He was a member of the Frederick Elks Lodge #684, Loyal Order of Moose. #371 and Frederick County Humane Society. He is survived by his father Lewis Thomas Wade, of Frederick and two half brothers, Eugene Wade, Monroe, CA and Robert Wade, Stow, OH. Friends will be received on Tuesday December 17th from 10:30 - 11:00 am at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church St., Frederick were services will be held in the Etchison Memorial Chapel of the funeral home on Tuesday December 17, at 11:00 am.
