Mrs. Frances Viola (Lininger) Hildebrand, 98, of Frederick, died Friday, February 14, 2014. She was the wife of the late Elmer Hildebrand, Jr. Born October 21, 1915, in Fort Loudoun, PA, she was the daughter of the late David Martin and Sarah Elizabeth (Johnson) Lininger. She was the last of her immediate family. Mrs. Hildebrand is survived by her daughters, Shirley Edwards, Patricia West and Beatrice Price and husband Bernard, 14 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great-grandchildren. daughter-in-laws, Barbara Hildebrand and Sally Hildebrand, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her children, Dorothy Williams, Martin Hildebrand Sr. and Richard Hildebrand Sr. and 10 siblings. The family will receive friends from 3pm to 8pm, on Tuesday, February 18, 2014, at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick, MD 21701. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, on Wednesday, February 19, 2014, in the Etchison Memorial Chapel at the funeral home. Rev. Joseph Burdette Sr. will officiate. Interment will follow at Rocky Springs Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Thomas Williams, Martin Hildebrand Jr., Curtis West, Tony Price Kevin Edwards and Robert Hildebrand Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be John Edwards, Richard Hildebrand Jr., Michael Harris Jr., Mark Hamilton, Josh Cramer and Randy Hildebrand Jr. Online condolences may be shared at www.keeneybasford.com
