Robert Morgan

Mr. Robert Morgan, age 65 of Frederick, passed away on Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at his residence. Born on November 11, 1948 in Pennsylvania he was the son of the late Jean and Osborne Morgan. Mr. Morgan was a decorated military veteran serving in Vietnam. Following his military service, he worked at Catholic University and later for the Army Corps of Engineers. He volunteered at the Amvets in Frederick. In his free time, he loved baseball, taking walks, and reminiscing. Like a true Irishman he never let the truth get in the way of a good story! He was a devoted son, father and loyal friend. Mr. Morgan is survived by his sons Robert and Michael, nieces, nephews and partner Paula Price. A memorial gathering will be held at the Frederick Amvets Post #2, 702 E. South St., Frederick, MD 21701 on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at 1 PM.
