Julia Lucia Cuzmar, 63, of Frederick, MD, passed away on Monday, September 15th, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of Carlos Antonio Jimenez. Born in Santiago, Chile on October 28, 1950, she was a daughter of the late Andrea Alegria and Nallib Cuzmar. She was the matriarch of her family, serving as a pillar for everyone and loved to entertain and was also supportive and devoted to her family. Besides her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Marizol Jimenez, of Dillsburg, PA, Marcela Jimenez and Carla Moran, of Frederick; one son, Carlos Antonio Jimenez II, also of Frederick; six grandchildren, Georgia, Carla and Marcela Fotopoulos, Nicolas and Cristofer Jimenez, and Brian Moran; one great-granddaughter, Mia Sofia Jimenez. She is also remembered by siblings, Isabel Benson, Jaime Cuzmar, Mauricio Cuzmar, Julio Cuzmar; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm on Sunday, September 21st at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick. Graveside service and interment will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, September 22nd at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 13801 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20906.
