Mr. Paul R. Prichard, Jr., 26, of Kearneysville, WV, died Thursday October 9, 2014. Born November 5, 1987, in Frederick, he was the son of Mary (Dorsett) Richards and the late Paul R. Prichard, Sr. In addition to his mother, Paul is survived by his sisters, Doris Painter and husband Bruce and Mary Ford and husband Kenneth, niece, Ashlee Painter, step-father, Douglas Richards, and brother, Kody Davis, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends. In addition to his father, Paul was preceded in death by his cousin, Greg Prichard. The family will receive friends from 4 to 7pm, on Wednesday, October 15, 2014, at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick, MD 21701. The funeral service will be held at 1:00PM, on Thursday, October 16, 2014, in the Etchison Memorial Chapel at the funeral home. Rev. David Albertson will officiate. Interment will follow at Mt.
