Tad Christopher Routzahn, 25 of Frederick, Maryland, passed away on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at Frederick Memorial Hospital after a long battle with Muscular Dystrophy. Born on October 14, 1988, he was the son of Karen A. (Souers) Williams. Tad was a resident of Community Living Center in Frederick. He was a sweet and loving man. He enjoyed traveling and saw many places around the country, even meeting Jesse James in California. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his loving grandmother, Alice E. (Brown) Souers; his brother, Mathew Hunter Hann; and his step-father, Randy Lee Williams. He was preceded in death by his uncle Blaine Scott Souers. His family will receive friends from 10-11am on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at Saint Paul's Lutheran Church, 3864 Jefferson Pike, Jefferson, Maryland 21755. The funeral will be held at 11am at the church. The Reverend Katrina Holland will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home in Tad's memory to assist with expenses, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick, Maryland 21701.
