Nancy Leatherman Cleveland, 76, of Jacksonville, NC, died Saturday, November 22, 2014 at Camp Lejeune Naval Hospital. Born In Frederick, she was a daughter of the late Robert Daniel and Lillian Harper Leatherman. Mrs. Cleveland is survived by her husband, George Grant Cleveland, four sons, William Robert Winningham of Rockville, MD, Montgomery Lee Winningham (Rosanna) of Stuart, FL, Lt. Col. George Grant Cleveland, II (Annalisa) of Vicenza, Italy and Geoffrey Scot Cleveland of Woodbridge, VA; one sister, Shirley Ann Speak of Thurmont, MD; one brother, Dwight Leatherman of Frederick, MD; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., on Friday, November 28, at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m., on Saturday, November 29, in the Utica Cemetery, Utica, MD.
