Mr. Robert Leon Baker, 76, of Frederick, died Monday, December 1, 2014 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. Born November 2, 1938, in Frederick, he was the son of the late Arthur L. and Evelyn Mae (Bussard) Baker. Robert was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles in Frederick. He is survived by his sisters, Catherine "Kitty" Tregoning and Dianne Eyler, numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 4 to 8pm, on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church St., Frederick, MD 21701 . The funeral service will be held 2:00PM, on Friday, December 5, 2014, in the Etchison Memorial Chapel at the funeral home. Rev. Kenneth Dunnington will officiate. Interment will follow at Mt.
