Mr. Zachary O'Neill "Zach" Harris, 24, of Jefferson, died Friday, December 12, 2014 at his residence. Born March 5, 1990, in Shady Grove, he was the son of Francis T. and Kristen V. O'Neill Harris. In addition to his parents, Zachary is survived by his brother, James Harris, grandmother, Lynn O'Neill, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A memorial service will be held at 1:00PM, on Saturday, December 20, 2014, at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick, MD 21701. The Rev. Earl Mullins will officiate. Inurnment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Zach's name, to the Boys & Girls Club of Fred. Co., 413 Burck Street, Frederick, MD 21701.
