Miss Helen Lucille Kolb, 86, of Potomac Center, Hagerstown, died on December 14. Born on September 28, 1928, she was the daughter of Paul Ramburg Kolb, Sr. and Mary L. Shoemaker. Mrs. Kolb is survived by her nieces and nephews, Brian Weddle, Barbara Lynn Weddle, Pam Kolb and Paula Kolb. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Paul Richard Kolb and Pauline Weddle. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 at Keeney and Basford PA Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick. Services will immediately follow at the funeral home. Interment will be in Clustered Spires Cemetery.
