Bertha Marie Bender

October 11, 1939 — December 27, 2014

Bertha Marie "Betty" Bender, 75, of Frederick, Maryland, passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at her home. Betty was the wife of the late Carl Isaac Bender. Betty is survived by her four sons, Roger Terry Chadderton, Aubrey Dale Chadderton, Wayne Allen Chadderton and Gary Ray "Chip" Chadderton; her brothers, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She had great love for all of them. She was preceded in death by a son, whom passed away in his childhood. Betty was a baptized, active member of Kingdom Hall, Walkersville Congregation. She loved to spend time in field service with her friends in the truth. She was an avid Bible reader, and gained great joy in spending as much time with them as often as possible. The family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8pm on Friday, January 2, 2015 at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick, Maryland. Memorial donations may be made to Kingdom Hall.
