Services will be held at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church St., Frederick on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 2 PM with the Rev. R. Thomas Fralin, Jr. and Rev. Alan Smith officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. The internment will follow at the Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick.
