Baby girl Tarah Jade Lowe, as a special angel was called upon by the Lord on February 4, 2015. She was the daughter of Victoria Danner and Anthony Lowe, III. She is survived by a brother Stephen Lowe, sister Sarah Lowe, maternal great grandparents John & Ruth Webb, paternal great-grandparents Cindy Lowe and Williard Harrison, maternal grandparents Dawn Danner and Eddie Danner, paternal grandparents Ann Harrison and Anthony Lowe, Jr., maternal great grandparents George and Leola Danner, three aunts Kaylin and Bobbi Danner, and Samantha Browning and husband Richard Browning. She is also survived by numerous great aunts and uncles and cousins. She is preceded in death by great great grandmother Ethel Smith and number of uncles and cousins. All services are private. Serving as pall bearers are John Lee Webb, Jr. and Kenneth F. Beachley, Jr. Arrangements by the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, Frederick.
