Elsie Viola Flynn

Mrs. Elsie Viola (Fauble) Flynn, 88, of Jefferson, died Monday, March 2, 2015 at Golden Living Center, Frederick. She was the wife of the late Charles A. Flynn. Born August 3, 1926, in Sandy Hook, she was the daughter of the late James E. and Emily C. (Martin) Fauble. She retired as head custodian from Valley Elementary School, Jefferson. Elsie is survived by her sister, Ethel "Sally" Cooper, sister-in-law, Grace Flynn, grandchildren, Franklin Davis III and wife Sam and Kristofer Davis, great-grandsons, Skyler and Bladen, special nephew, Lloyd "Junior" Cooper, numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Davis and numerous siblings. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8pm, on Friday, March 6, 2015 at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick, MD 21701. The funeral service will be held at 10:00AM, on Saturday, March 7, 2015, in the Etchison Memorial Chapel, at the funeral home. Pastor Eddie Hartman will officiate.
