Emily Jeanette Insley, 97, of Frederick Maryland and a current resident of The Village at Robinwood in Hagerstown, Md., died Friday, April 3, 2015. Jean was a long-standing and faithful member of All Saints Episcopal Church where she served on the Ladies Alter Guild. She also enjoyed golfing and was a member of the VFW Country Club. Her greatest love, during her many years of life, was her family. She delighted in not only caring for her family, home and garden but spent many joyous hours cooking and baking. She was preceded in death by her husband John and her daughter, Emily Suzanne Keller. She is survived by her daughter Priscilla Lloyd and her husband Kenneth, of Wilmington, North Carolina and her son-in-law Donald Keller of New Smyrna Beach, Florida. In addition, Mrs. Insley had ten great grandchildren. They are Corbyn, Coltyn, Camdyn, Kathryn and Lance Keller, from Pennsylvania along with Dalton and Brennan Davis and Reagan, Cooper and Truett Lloyd from North Carolina. In addition to flowers, the family has chosen three charitable organizations to which memorial contributions can be made. They are: The Village at Robinwood located at 19800 Tranquility Circle Hagerstown, MD 21742, Washington County Hospice located at 747 Northern Avenue, Hagerstown, MD 21742 and The Alzheimer's Association (www.alz.org). The family wishes to thank the entire staff of The Village at Robinwood for their compassion and outstanding care that was given to Mrs. Insley during her years of residency. The family also wishes to thank the caregivers from Washington County Hospice for their loving care and kindness during the past years.
