Virginia Stickley Bailey, 92, Frederick,died on Thursday, June 4, 2015, at Frederick Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of the late Lacey Bailey. She was born in Washington, DC on May 27, 1923, a daughter of the late John and Mildred Karn Stickley. Surviving is one daughter, Sharyn McCormick, and friends, Rose and Henry Lechner and Maggie Hartzell. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Thursday, June 11, 2015, at the Park Heights Cemetery, Brunswick. Arrangements are with the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home.
