Alberta Louise Cromwell

Alberta Louise Holt Cromwell, 59, of Ijamsville, Maryland, passed away on September 8, 2015 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of 29 years to Larry Edward Cromwell. Born on January 22, 1956, she was the daughter of Annie Holt and the late John Holt. Alberta worked very hard in her professional career and was a Senior Laboratory Technician. She was a member of Simpson Christian Community Church in New Market, Maryland. She had a deep love for her family and her cat Fluffy. In her younger days, she enjoyed fishing. In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by her beloved children, Lance W. Cromwell, Johnathan E. Cromwell and Lindsay L. Cromwell; her brother, John Holt; and sisters, Martha Holt, Frances Henderson, Ann Jungman and Mary Holt; her nieces, Stormy Lram, Megan Buhrman, and Samantha Robinson; and nephews, John Holt and Darnell Robinson. The family will receive friends from 1-3pm on Monday, September 14, 2015 at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick. The funeral service will be held at 3pm at the funeral home. The Reverend Sherman Mason will officiate. Interment will be private.
