Daniel Albert Little

r. Daniel Albert Little, Senior, 68, of Frederick, MD, passed away on September 24th at Frederick Memorial Hospital. Born on September 13, 1947, he was a son of Henry and Ruth Little. A Vietnam veteran, Daniel, served on the USS Forrestal in the U.S. Navy. He was also a retired 25 year operating engineer for the CIA. "Dan" had a passion for building Hot Rods and "cruising" with friends to car shows. He is survived by his four children, Daniel Little, Jr. and wife Harmony, Michael Little and wife Elnora, Keri Morton and husband David and Kelly VanDenEngel and husband Robert as well as 13 grandchildren and his mother, Ruth. Daniel was awaiting the arrival of his first great-granddaughter. Additionally, he is survived by siblings Russell Little and wife Evelyn, Christine Lindo and husband Horace and Carol Mascali and husband Roger. The family will receive friends on Monday, September 28 from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at Keeney and Basford PA Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick. A funeral service will immediately follow at 5:00 PM. Inurnment will be in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
