Donna Marie Cook 53 of Fairfield PA passed away unexpectedly after a long battle with health issues on November 5 2015. Born in Laural MD on February 15 1962 she was the daughter of the late Calvin Bryant and the late Patricia Bryant Gibbons. She leaves behind her loving husband of 35 yrs Glen Cook Sr. Her 3 children Jennifer Toms and partner Ray of Brunswick MD, Jessica Cook and partner AJ of Thurmont MD, Glen Cook Jr and wife Catherine of Jefferson MD. Known as "Mimi" by her 4 grandchildren Justin Toms, Owen Jones, Maddison Cook and Kylie Cook. Her 5 sisters Charleene Bryant Oates and husband Wayne, Brenda Bryant and partner Steve, Diana Bryant and partner Ronnie, Sue Stine and husband Mark, JoAnn White and partner Jonathan and 1 brother John Bryant and partner Tina, and her so called "adopted" daughter Amanda Barth. She will also be remembered by her 19 nieces and nephews and 27 great nieces and nephews and many cousins and friends. The family will receive friends from 4 to 8pm, on Tuesday, November 10, 2015, at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church St., Frederick. The funeral service will be held at 1:00PM, on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 in the Etchison Memorial Chapel at the funeral home. Rev. Andy Carr will officiate. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made in Donna's name to a charity of one's choice. Online condolences may be shared at www.keeneybasford.com
