Mrs. Kimberly Ann Ropp Clem, 52, of Frederick, passed away on Monday, November 2, 2015, at the Tuscany Hospice House in Summerfield, FL. She was the loving wife of Blain E. Clem. Born in Frederick on April 17, 1963, she was the daughter of David and Winifred "Pete" Zimmerman Ropp, of Summerfield, FL. Kim impacted many lives through her work at Stepping Stone Day Care, JC Penney, FCPS and Hawaiian Tan Tanning Salon. She was active with her sons in sports and theater at Brunswick High School and the reunion committee of the TJ Class of 1981. Her bright, sunny and contagious smile will be missed by all who knew her. Surviving in addition to her husband and parents are two sons, Kyle E. Clem, of Marbury and Kameron E. Clem, of Frederick, her brother Jeffrey Ropp and his wife LaDora, her in-laws, Bernard and Yuan Clem, of Frederick, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed by her many many great friends, especially her best friends Ellen Baker and Phil Shafer. The family will share a time of remembering her life from 2 to 5 p.m., on Saturday, November 21, 2015, at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her memory to a hospice of choice.
