James E. Baer

Mr. James Emory Baer, 55, of Hagerstown, passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at his home. He was born in Frederick, on February 4, 1961, a son of the late Louis W. and Hilda Hoffman Baer. James had worked for several years for Bechtel Corporation and travel overseas, as an IT expert.

Surviving are his siblings, Michael N. Baer and wife Bridgett, Rebecca Baer Geisinger and husband Gary, Lisa Marie Baer Price and Richard R. Baer, and several nieces and nephews. He will also be remembered by a special friend, Robin Dorsey Cosley.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m., on Sunday, April 3, 2016, at the Keeney and Bassford Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick. Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., on Monday, April 4, 2016, ain the Mount Olivet Cemetery, Frederick. Those wishing to attend should assemble inside the main gate by 10:45 AM.
