David W. Stambaugh Ii

David W. Stambaugh, II, 46, of Thurmont, died on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at his residence. He was the husband of Brenda C. Baclawski Stambaugh.

Born April 16, 1970, in York, Pa, he was the son of Renee L. Gibbons Stambaugh, of Thurmont and David Stambaugh. Dave graduated from West York High School and had also attended Frederick High School. He was employed in construction with Cedar Brook, of Mount Airy.

Besides his wife, he is survived by two children, Savannah Stambaugh and Dylan Stambaugh, of Thurmont; two sisters, Michelle D. King, Thurmont and Heather L. Schleupner, husband Steve and their  sons, Gavin, Grant and Grady, all of Vermont; grandmother, Mary Stambaugh, of York; an uncle, Mike Stambaugh and wife Gail, also of York and his beloved dog, Luna.

The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 pm on Sunday, July 24 ^th at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick. Services and Interment will be private.
