Marshall Thomas Watson, 68, known to all as “Pete”, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 12, 2016, in Frederick, Maryland.
A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Pete graduated from St. Anthony Catholic School in Ensley, attended John Carroll High School, and graduated from Fairfield High School in 1966. He attended the University of Alabama and graduated from Hood College in Frederick, Maryland. He was a retired management systems analyst. He served in Vietnam in the United States Army.
Pete was an avid outdoorsman, triathlete, runner, biker, and mountain climber. For a number of years, he lived in Seattle, Washington and many of his friends are there.
Pete is survived by two sisters, Dr. Sharon Watson of Huntsville, Alabama and Mary Jacq Easley (Hugh) of Brandon, Mississippi; one brother, Bill Watson of Tupelo, Mississippi; many nieces and nephews; and his close friend, Jane Casadonte of Frederick Maryland.
Pete was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard Grady and Patricia Brislin Watson, and two brothers, Robert Neal Watson and John Patrick Watson.
