Penny Renee Davis

January 26, 1964 — October 28, 2016

Penny Renee Davis, age 52 of Jefferson, MD passed away on Friday, October 28, 2016 at Frederick Memorial Hospital peacefully with family and friends by her side. She was the beloved wife of Donald Davis her rock for 29 years. Born on January 26, 1964, she was the daughter of Robert Lee and Linda Diann Remsburg.

In addition to her husband, Penny is survived by her daughter Chelsey Lowery and husband Kelly Lowery of Jefferson. Chelsey was her pride and joy. She is also survived by her brother Robert (Bub) Remsburg and wife and best friend Wendy Remsburg of Brunswick.

Her world was complete when her grandchildren Colton and Addisyn Lowery were born. She loved them to the moon and back forever and ever.

She is also survived by her second daughter Kelsey Hamilton and husband Daniel Hamilton of Frederick, MD. She will be missed dearly by her aunts Gayla, Sis and Jeannie and numerous cousins. She will be remembered by a very special long time friend Laurie Rutherford.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 3, 2016 from 2 to 5 PM with a memorial service beginning at 5 PM at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church St., Frederick. Additional visiting time will follow at the Brunswick Fire Department, 1500 Volunteer Dr. Brunswick, MD The interment will be private.
