Dorothy Ann Geraci

Mrs. Dorothy Ann Schaffer Geraci, 87, of Burtonsville, died Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at her residence.  She was the wife of Philip Charles Geraci, whom she married in 1950.

Born September 16, 1929 in Frederick, she was the daughter of the late Roy C.W. and Grace Zimmerman Schaffer.

In addition to her husband, Dorothy is survived by her sons, Philip James Geraci (Judy), Ronald Blair Geraci (Tony Grazino) and Jeffrey Alan Geraci (Wendy), granddaughter, Allison Geraci, numerous nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 10:00AM, Saturday, November 19, 2016 at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church St., Frederick, MD 21701.  Deacon Kim Hintzman will officiate.  Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
