Miss Constance Virginia Delphey, 95, of Hagerstown, passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2016, at her home. Born in Frederick, On October 1, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Chester F. Delphey.
Constance was a graduate of Hood College in Frederick. She was a prominent business woman and owner of the Delphey's Store in Hagerstown. She will be remembered by a dear friend, Dick Caricofe and several cousins.
Funeral services and interment will be private in the Mount Olivet Cemetery, Frederick. Arrangements are with the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, Frederick.
