Barbara R. Cutsail

Barbara Rochelle (Ramsburg) Cutsail, 77, of Frederick, MD, passed away on May 13, 2017 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of 37 years to the late Robert L. Cutsail Sr.
Born on August 16, 1939, she was the daughter of Maurice and Pauline (Heerd) Ramsburg. Barbara was a 1957 graduate of Frederick High School. She worked for many years as a waitress at Snow White Grill and also owned and operated her own antique shop for several years. She was a member of Samaritan Rebekah Lodge #51, Frederick and enjoyed bowling, traveling with the Staley family, cooking and antiquing.
She is survived by her two sons, David Beachy and wife Brenda, and Robert Cutsail; sisters, Virginia Dasher, Dorris Jean Tinder, Marlene Weintraub and Arlene Duke; and brothers, Maurice Ramsburg, Lee Layman, Rick Miller and Jay Miller; eight grandchildren, Christopher Beachy, Katelyn Molnar, Shane Beachy, John Stewart, Davis Crouse, Tiffany Cutsail, Kelly Willis and Allison Cutsail; and three great granddaughters.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter in law, Yvette Cutsail and brother, Ernest Layman.
The family will receive friends from 5-8pm on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, May 19, 2017 at the funeral home. Interment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Her grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
