Vivian Frances Poole

Vivian Frances Poole, 94, of Frederick, passed on June 28, 2017 at Pleasant View Nursing Home. Born in Frederick on August 17,1922 to the late Charles Delbert and Frances Poole (nee Willard).

Vivian was a lifelong member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church. She also worked at the Jeanne Bussard Center for 40 years.

Vivian is survived by her sister; Martha Jean Clark, of Sparks, NV, cousins; Hugh Willard, and wife Margaret Ann, Kenneth Willard, and wife Alberta, Mary Margaret Sharlow, and Jan Willard. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by cousins Clint Willard, and wife Marley, and Sally Kate Seeley.

Family and friends can gather at Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 East Church St., Frederick, MD 21701, on Monday, July 3, 2017 from 11am - 12pm with a funeral service at 12pm. Interment will follow at Mount Olivet.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff at Pleasant View Nursing Home, where she lived for 10 years. With a special thanks to Assistant Activities Director Debbie Tolson, whom Vivian developed a special bond with.
