Thomas Edward Eugene Dixon

June 25, 1950 — July 24, 2017

Mr. Thomas Edward Eugene Dixon, 67, of Libertytown passed away on July 24, 2017 at the Kline Hospice House. He was born in Frederick on June 25, 1950 to the late Franklin E. Sr., and Mary Virginia Hahn Dixon.
Tom owned and operated his own crane rental business, Hi-Lift Construction. He was a member of the Frederick Moose lodge, and enjoyed shooting pool in his spare time.
He is survived by his two sons, Sean J. Dixon and girlfriend, April of Frederick, and Ryan T. Dixon and girlfriend, Francesca of New Market, brother, Raymond Dixon and sister, Lori Kincaid , both of Jackson, TN, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He will also be remembered by his special friend Kay Hawkinberry of Brunswick, and former wife Lorie J. Dixon of New Market. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Franklin E. Dixon, Jr., Douglas Leroy Dixon and Richard A. Dixon.
The family will receive friends to celebrate Tom's life from 2 to 5 p.m., on Saturday, July 29, 2017, at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick, MD 21701. Internment will be private.
