Steven Gene Fellers

Mr. Steven Gene "Steve" Fellers, 62, of Knoxville, passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2017, at the Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring. He was the husband of Barbara Linton Fellers. Born in Martinsburg, West Virginia on April 9, 1955, he was the son of the late Kenneth Fellers and Bonnie Lantz Fellers Kearns.
Steve had worked for 17 years at Genstar and 21 years as an Environmental Inspector for Frederick County Government. He had a great love for music and enjoyed playing several instruments. In earlier years he played in a Gospel Band. He loved and enjoyed his dogs.
Surviving in addition to his wife is a sister, Lisa Dadisman Lightfoot and husband Ernie, of Winchester, VA, several nieces and nephews and his brother-in-law and sisters-in-law.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m., on Monday, November 20, 2017 at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick. Private interment will be in the Mount Olivet Cemetery, Frederick.
