Rebecca Hessong Renner

Mrs. Rebecca Hessong Renner, 88, of Kensington died, Wednesday morning, November 29, at Suburban Hospital in Bethesda. She was the wife of the late William Renner.

Born October 3,1929, in Frederick, Mrs. Renner was a daughter of the late Ralph Gaver and Gladys May Holt Hessong.

Mrs. Renner graduated from the University of Maryland and spent her entire professional working career with the Federal government at the Bureau of Mines in Washington, DC.

She is survived by her nephew, Stanley Keyser, his wife Nancy, Cumberland, RI, and their two sons David and Steven.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at 11 am at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 10621 Old Frederick Road, Thurmont, MD 21788.  Reverend Albert K. Lane III will conduct the service. Inurnment will be private. A luncheon reception will follow the service at the church.
