Kathi L. Stockman

Mrs. Kathi L. Stockman, 59, of Frederick, passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2017, with her loved one's. She was the loving wife of Randy B. Stockman. Born in Frederick on January 3, 1958, she was a daughter of Norma Warden Winpigler, of Frederick and the late Leroy Winpigler.
Kathi operated Winpigler Roofing, LLC, the business started by her father. She was an active member of the American Legion Riders, Amvets Post # 9 in Middletown and the Women of the Elks. She was also active with the Bettie Jane Center of Dance Arts.
Surviving in addition to her loving husband and mother are her children, Natalie L. Wilson and husband Josh, of Westminster, and Byron L. Stockman and wife Kristina, of Frederick, grandson, Mason Wilson and three sisters, Linda Barnes and husband Chip, of Hagerstown, Debbie Beck and husband Jeff, of Smithsburg and Sharon Chance and husband Shawn, of Frederick, and many nieces and nephews. She will also be remembered by her in-laws, Paul B. Stockman and Frances Jewell.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 6 p.m., on Friday, January 12, 2018, at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick. A celebration of her life will be held at 2 p.m., on Saturday, January 13, 2018, at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
