Helen Jane Edwards

Mrs. Helen Jane Edwards, 95, of Frederick, passed away on Wednesday, April 4, 2018, at the Frederick Memorial Hospital. Twice married she was the wife of the late William M. Edwards, Jr., and the late Paul F. Liverman, Sr. Born in Conway, North Carolina on June 21, 1922, she was a daughter of the late Milton and
Helen Mae Flythe. Jane was retired as a payroll specialist with Vitro Laboratories. She was a member of the Frederick Baptist Church, the Eastern Star in Washington, DC, the Daughters of the Nile and Almas Shrine.
Surviving are her children, Patricia J. Brooks and husband Gary, of Frederick, Paul F. Liverman, Jr., and wife Pam, of Gaithersburg, and Joseph Milton Liverman and wife Katie, of Purcellville, VA, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren, Ashley Ford and husband David and their daughter, Charlotte, Kristin Gillette and husband Matt and their daughter, Sadie, Eric Liverman, Taylor, Addison, Courtney and Kailey. Jane was preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am, on Monday, April 9, 2018, at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick, with the family receiving friends from 10 am until the service, at 11 am. Pastor John Y. Seay, will officiate. Interment will be at 2 PM in the Parklawn Memorial Park, Rockville. Those wishing to attend should assemble within the main entrance by 1:45 PM.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Frederick Baptist Church, 5305 Mt. Zion Road, Frederick, MD 21703.
