Frances Regina Tinney

February 15, 1932 — May 2, 2018

Mrs. Frances Regina Tinney went home with her heavenly father on May 2, 2018 at the age of 86. She is survived by her daughter Ruth Ann Tinney, her grandsons John Adam Huse, Jr. and Anthony Leroy Huse, one granddaughter Taylor Madison Stanard, one great-granddaughter Aniyha Hart, all from Hagerstown, MD, and many friend's and extended family members. She was a beautiful soul, a great mother, and a wonderful grandmother. She will be deeply missed.
