Larry Paul Burrier
September 28, 1944 — August 2, 2018
Mr. Burrier was a faithful member of the Frederick Church of the Brethren. He worked hard and dedicated his life to a career in agriculture. He worked for 23 years as a self employed dairy farmer and for the last 21 years for the Farmer's Cooperative Association, serving them as a truck driver. Larry was a loving husband, father and pappy dedicated to caring for his family.
Mr. Burrier is survived by his children, Troy Aaron Burrier of Frederick, Seth Paul Burrier and wife Tatiana of Thurmont, and Hope Susan Plummer and husband Darren of Baltimore. Pappy loved and cherished his three grandchildren Ella, Simon, and Sawyer. Also surviving are his sisters; Patricia Clem and husband William, Barbara Burrier, Sandra Staley and husband Larry and Shirley Shank, his brother Harold Burrier Jr. and wife Judy, along with many nieces and nephews. Mr. Burrier is preceded in death by his brother Ronald. He will also be missed by his good friend Edward O'Hara.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 from 5 to 8 PM at the Frederick Church of the Brethren, 201 Fairview Ave., Frederick, MD 21701 where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at 11 AM. Rev. Tim Shatzer and Rev. Chester Martin will officiate. The interment will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick. Contributions may be made in Mr. Burrier's name to the Frederick Church of the Brethren at the above address.
