June Stull Oden

Mrs. June Stull Oden, 89, of Frederick, passed away on Sunday, December 9, 2018, at her home. She was the wife of the late R. Herbert "Steve" Oden. Born in New Market on June 30, 1929, she was a daughter of the late Clark and Pearl Spurrier Stull.
June had worked in the family business, Oden Brother's Plumbing and Heating, for years as the secretary and treasurer. She was a long time active member of the New Market United Methodist Church, and had served the church in many capacities.
Surviving is her son, Steven C. Oden and wife Fran, of Gettysburg, PA. She was preceded in death by her sister, Virginia Fleming and husband Alvie.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 6 p.m., on Wednesday, December 12, 2018, at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Thursday, December `13, 2018, from the funeral home. Pastor Scott Clawson, will officiate. Interment will be Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick.
